Please see attached cease and desist letter that was sent to AMSHER COLLECTION SERVICE on XX/XX/year> for them to cease and desist as I am asserting my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), 15 U.S.C. 1692c ( c ), and demanded that they cease all communication with me regarding this matter, except as allowed by law. I also demanded that they cease and desist any and all collection activity under the law as well. As of date, AMSHER COLLECTION SERVICE continues to report this on my credit report in violation of applicable laws.
