The Company did not provide me with a copy of the XXXX that I paid for, which was the entire purpose of the previous complaint. They didn't specify the value the XXXX came back at, or the principal amount I would need to pay to bring the XXXX under 75 % to cancel PMI. They also didn't provide a copy of the investor guidelines which specify that 75 % is the applicable XXXX. No documentation and detailed course of action and manner of directly contacting a supervisory level employee at the company has been provided. I need : XXXX all the above documentation AND XXXX my taxes and insurance taken out of escrow, AND XXXX the PMI canceled as well.
