I XXXX XXXX has had this XXXX I was audited in XXXX I filed bankrupt in XXXX at that time all my taxes were completed I gave the IRS representative a money order for {$100.00} toward the payments that was set up for me at that time the money order has been tampered with the documents has been tampered with in XXXX of XXXX I contacted Mr Cooper to find out what was available because they were paid post petition paid in full as of XX/XX/XXXX I was told to contact my lawyer at the time he told me to call him back he'll see what he can do instead of talking with a representative for Mr Cooper he placed me on a modification for XXXX missed mortgage payments I never got a chance to speak with no one from Mr Cooper my attorney at the time didn't offer a forbearance he placed me in a modification only getting unemployment in XXXX of XXXX XXXX of Mr Cooper 's Representatives sent my lawyer an email asking if I wanted a forbearance I was never asked about a forbearance so in XXXX of XXXX my lawyer at the time told me I should not tell you this but if you miss XXXX trusty payments I can get a reduction in your payment because I had asked for a reduction previously before this I missed those XXXX payments my bankruptcy fell behind to {$2800.00} he knew I was only getting XXXX XXXX XXXX unemployment I stayed in contact with my lawyer while sitting in his office on XX/XX/XXXX he had a plan together to file a new bankruptcy he paid for the credit counseling with his debit card and refused to allow me to read over all documents he had sitting in a folder on his desk his statement was take it home and read it I did not ask for a second bankruptcy he had all documents post-dated from XX/XX/XXXX my last visit to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was XX/XX/XXXX I never went back because he made the statement I was not a bad looking woman I should have someone help me pay my bills I felt so bad because I was doing so good not messing up payment I found a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX I had an appointment to see him on the XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX I could not make it because I had a medical emergency with my brother XXXX XXXX XXXX said that I contacted him on the XXXX of XXXX I never held a conversation with him on the XXXX of XXXX because I asked him to dismiss this case I did not need a second bankruptcy with the same XXXX creditors he lied and told me that I still owed {$1000.00} to XXXX XXXX out of fear that's where he placed me in a second bankruptcy telling me sometime they have a tendency of coming back after you I have never been in bankruptcy before I didn't know anything about bankruptcy he lied and said that I asked for a forbearance and was granted XXXX in XXXX of XXXX I never asked for a forbearance I asked the judge and the bankruptcy representative to help me with this situation I emailed asking for assistance with this case after filing a complaint the investigating lawyer had a judgment on me in XXXX at that time I didn't realize that this person had a judgment against me in XXXX instead of investigating this case he put the wrong case number on the document he said I never acknowledge I had a long with Mr Cooper I've been paying on this mortgage over 30 years at XXXX interest rate this is a daily interest loan I've been in XXXX bankruptcies and now a house fire they are trying to foreclose on my property and all I'm asking is could we come up with a settlement agreement so I can take the funds from the insurance proceeds and pay to settle this debt that has caused me so much XXXX and XXXX nights I've spoken to so many representatives for Mr Cooper and never have been able to get a direct answer this account has been over {$100000.00} for 30 years I can not get this loan under {$100000.00} and I've been paying over {$1000.00} a month I was in the forbearance in XXXX XXXX it ended I was making payments Rushmore services my new servicer stop accepting my payments then tell me that I default it on this loan I have asked for assistance over and over I've had an appraisal done on this property it's valued at {$48000.00} I've sent Mr Cooper XXXX of the insurance checks asking could we agree on a settlement to clear this loan up and they are prolonging a settlement agreement to foreclose on the property they stopped the foreclosure on the XXXX of XXXX of XXXX at that time I hired a lawyer he acts why did they stop the foreclosure I could not answer that XXXX they put the foreclosure back in the back a few days after my lawyer tell me he can't represent me anymore after speaking with the foreclosure attorneys could I please get some type of assistance with this matter and I have a predatory loan from XXXX that is a nightmare.
