On XX/XX/year>, XXXX charged my bank card without my permission three times, the first time for {$260.00}, {$190.00}, and XXXX. XXXX refunded the {$190.00} and XXXX to the account but did not return the {$260.00}. I reached out to Navy Federal Dispute Center and they emailed me back on XX/XX/XXXX saying that they had solved the issue and a refund would be credited to my account. As of today that refund has not been credited back to my account.
