After living at XXXX XXXX XXXX for 6 years, i became XXXX as i am now on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, i tried reaching agreement prior to the eviction and eventually the took me to court and put me on the street. I am not saying this debt is not owed i am saying that the finally agreed to settle for {$7000.00} after they threatned many times lawsuits, jail, credit issues etc. The staff there was very abusive and as a near senior citizen i except better treatment than this. What i really need done is the account is showing joint and it was my account only never belonging to my wife as she did not even speak XXXX when she was maid to sign it. We were told that she had to be on the lease becasue that the law in florida but she would not be financial responsilbe. I will resolved it with them but i want my wife removed from this lease.
