Our mortgage is with Movement Mortgage, serviced by XXXX. We have had issues navigating the loss draft process with XXXX separate disasters. The process is not well spelled out, and we feel we have been discriminated against because we have been behind. The process is overly long and arduous, and you have to jump through unreasonable hoops ( sometimes the same ones repeatedly ) in order to get funds to move forward with repairs. There is no specific single point of contact, no one person you can talk to to resolve issues, and the length of time for them to respond is too extraordinarily long. They do not explain the process to you initially, specifically related to payments being mailed back to you. This process is extraordinarily stressful magnifying the stress a person is already under when their home is damaged. They hang on to your money, so they can make money. In one instance they've had our funds for over a month, and have not released any money even though we've gone through XXXX inspections since they've had the money.
