Items were purchased seemingly on Thu, XX/XX/year>, that were returned with available evidence were purchased adjusted by the credit card company to the card ending with XXXX on Tuesday, XX/XX/year>. XXXX item refunded on XX/XX/year>, in the amount of {$40.00} has proof of refund but has been purchased adjusted to an even higher amount of {$42.00}. One item returned, purchased in the amount of {$55.00}, has been purchased adjusted and charged at the correct amount. However, that item was returned and should have been refunded. I do not have these items in my possession ; the merchant does, and proof of the return of that item is available, along with proof of the refund by the merchant for the latter. I do not agree with the charges, as they had been previously refunded by the merchant, no matter the circumstance, but were reapplied due to an alleged error by the credit card company for unknown reasons.
