The case of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX establishes that a failure to obtain this documentation renders the account unverifiable and requires its removal from the consumer 's credit report. Therefore, if XXXX, XXXX and Experian can not obtain and review these documents as part of its investigation, the account must be deleted pursuant to the FCRA. XXXX, XXXX and Experian must fulfill their statutory duty under 15 U.S.C. 1681i by conducting an independent investigation and ensuring that each Collection Company mentioned herein provides proper verification of the alleged debt. Please provide me with a written response detailing the outcome of your investigation, along with copies of any documentation you relied on to verify the accuracy of these accounts. I expect a response within the time frame required by the FCRA. If Experian, XXXX and XXXX can not provide such documentation, I respectfully request the immediate removal of these accounts from my credit report.
