This is related to my complaint against XXXX XXXX anf the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX court and the prothonotary office. When XXXX 's attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX filed the lawsuit they were aware that i was in an active XXXX XXXX XXXX. However, the statue of limitation was approaching so they processed the lawsuit anyway. This was illegal as I had been in the XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX- XX/XX/XXXX. Now I received a letter dates XX/XX/XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX stating i only have 10 days to reply or a judgement will be entered against be. I did not have time to get an attorney nor do i have the funds coming out of XXXX. Also, i did not have an opportunity to answer. It is almost 5 years since this account was in default and the statue of limitation.
