Purchased item from XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX, I authorized PayPal to pay {$42.00}. Paypay incorrectly paid merchant {$52.00}. Filed complaint with PayPal ( XXXX ) to refund difference, paypal refuses to refund. Merchant incorrectly charged over 26 % sales tax. PayPal initially denied my claim then advised they would refund difference after I contacted them to discuss denial. When PayPal didn't refund, as agreed, I contacted them again and was advised my claim was was denied again. Paypal records calls so there should be confirmation of my calls on tape.
