According to their records, there was an account fraudulently opened with my information on XX/XX/year>. When I saw the account on my credit report I reached out to report fraud immediately. I was originally told that the account would be deleted because some of the information did not match mine, but it never happened. After many disputes and signing a form to declare fraud, they did close the account, but did not delete it and they continue to report late payments. I am just looking for the deletion I was originally told I would receive for the fraud.
