On XX/XX/year> I tried to deposit XXXX dollars into my bank account via ATM. There was an error with the ATM and I only received 2 dollars back and nothing in my account. I went to the bank associates and they called Capital one service line and they told me that I would have to wait up to 10 business days!! The lady told me that I can call them on Monday ( which is today ) and see if I can get some bank credits, and I called today and was denied. I dont even want the bank credits ; I want my money! Its around the holidays and this is completely ridiculous. Im extremely upset because you can look at me on camera and see myself depositing all that money in the bank! I want my money and Im not going to give up until I get it!! Ive literally been busting my butt and this is the last thing that I need especially around XXXX. This is a robbery!!!
