All of the problems that you listed apply. They take over 30 days, they don't notify me of the results, they don't correct the information that is clearly wrong and they calculate my score completely different especially when I complain or file complaints or dispute, than my other two credit companies. They absolutely discriminate based on age, race and gender. The way that I am treated even when I call them on the phone which is extremely difficult to get through to somebody, is very disrespectful. My credit report which has the same information as my other two credit reports is XXXX points different suddenly. Why? I'm nearly XXXX credit score with XXXX and XXXX but Experian has me in the low XXXX. There is no reason for it. It's the exact same information on all three credit reports and I have verified that. It's extremely concerning. They don't fully investigate they don't reply they don't do what they are required to do by law and they don't make the creditors supply them proper information. I paid off my XXXX and paid payments on time and yet they still are allowing that company to state that I'm making late payments or no payments when it's paid off! It's never fixed and this is just one example.
