I had my mortgage loan transferred from Flagstar to XXXX XXXX. I got a message from XXXX saying my home insurance wasn't paid. I called XXXX XXXX and they blamed Flagstar, but took my info and said they'll pay XXXX through my escrow. I contacted XXXX and they said by the time they get the payment from XXXX XXXX my insurance would be cancelled. The only way to prevent that would be to make the payment myself for over XXXX XXXX. I did make the payment.
