XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX have disclosed my personal creditworthiness to numerous third-party inquirers without a valid credit transaction/credit offer/credit contract or my written consent . As a result, I've suffered an informational injury that has a negative impact on my credit score due to the number of inquiries. The named credit bureaus have refused to delete said inquiries from my credit report despite my request to do so. Many of the inquirers I do not know of, nor did I consent to their access to my personal creditworthiness, and absent a permissible reason to access my personal creditworthiness, the credit bureaus were unauthorized to disclose my personal creditworthiness to said third-party inquirers. Accordingly, it is requested that said inquiries be deleted from my personal creditworthiness.
