I tried to access my chime account and it said I could not sign in because it was closed. I called customer support and was told it was closed for inactivity but no one ever contacted me. My checking account previously had {$100.00} that noted that {$100.00} was withdrawn as adjustment ( not noted as a transaction ). My savings account still had the same amount of XXXX $ in it. I said I wanted to close my accounts and have my money returned to me. I was told they were closed and I have 5 business days to withdrawal the money from an ATM. I was also told I can not transfer the funds to another bank and I will need to request my & XXXX with the state as unclaimed property. I have searched with the states website and there is no unclaimed property for me and chime never attempted to contact me.
