XX/XX/XXXX I decided to review my credit report. Generally it appeared to be in order. but what I saw was that one of my XXXX XXXX accounts was unlocked and my XXXX XXXX XXXX account also unlocked after several atempts to lock them. I was contacted by a representative from XXXX XXXX as! was concerned about leak information or fraudulent attempts that could happen. I was told by XXXX XXXX that my account was frozen. However, I wanted to know why two accounts which under the names of the account is written in green " Access granted '', while the remaing ( 3 ) accounts displayed " Access blocked '' ( which was what I requested. I attempted to contact Experian on three occassion with the XXXX representative on the other line. All we got for awhile was the automated system, which of course had NO options relating to my issue. I received noticed that my social security was on the XXXX XXXX as well. I sent three ( 3 ) emails to Experian, but was told they were only going to automated system. I have made calls to no avail unable to get a phone number to speak to a human. I don't exactly know how this affects my credit with " access granted ''. I get no answer and just want to know WHY when I definitely locked these two accounts ) they remain accessible. Secondly, there is documentation that I have an account with XXXXXXXX XXXX! I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH MACYS. When I applied for this account ( XXXX XXXX ) mid XXXX, my accounts were frozen, and I was told I can unfreeze. I didn't bother. I do not have an account to XXXX so why is it on my credit listings. This too I am just noticing it. It is blocked and can't be unlocked! I am somewhat XXXX now regarding this complaint in that at first it did not accept my instituting a new password and I believe my privacy for CFPB has been violated ( I have email prviacy address ), and I believe two accounts for CFPB has been created! Becaue I can't reach a human being, I am rquesting a written response to my concerns regarding mention of XXXX XXXX ( which I have NO account ) and why two accounts XXXX XXXX ( I can't tell if it's my XXXX account or XXXX ) but I am unable to access I tried to file a disupte and the approprate page would not show up XXXX my computer ( another concern ). So I am prevented from filing a dispute ( I will continue to try ) However I did apply for XXXX XXXX mid XXXX and told my credit report was frozen, so why is XXXXXXXX XXXX showing as a account on Experian report. As the federal Fair Credit reporting ( FRA ) promotes accuracy, I would like to have same for my reporting accounts
