I recently opened an American Express credit card account. I was performing as agreed. One day I go to my app and it said " account cancelled ''. I called to ask why, and they said it was withing their rights and did not have to tell me anything else. America Express has done this twice before to me. I am a felon, who completed his sentence about a year ago. The only thing I can think of is that is the reasons they closed my account. But I just don't know. I need to find out why they closed my account and see if it is something that can be addressed.
