I am not satisfied with Equifax 's response to my closed CFPB XXXX. As of XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX is still showing on my Equifax credit report after their XX/XX/XXXX response to the CFPB complaint XXXX. They have violated by right to a accurate consumer credit report and are committing a Willful FCRA Violation. I have spent a lot of time on trying to remove a clearly duplicated collection on my report that has the same amount and the same account number! I want it removed immediately. From my report today XX/XX/XXXX : Collections XXXX XXXX XXXX Reported : XXXX XXXX, XXXX {$1300.00} Needs Attention XXXX XXXX XXXX Reported : XXXX XXXX, XXXX {$1300.00} Needs Attention I have attached the dispute screen in myEquifax that shows an open date of XX/XX/XXXX when they opened the dispute as a result of my CFPB complaint, as well as the closed date of XX/XX/XXXX when it was completed/closed. I also enclosed pages XXXX from my Equifax report from XX/XX/XXXX on the Annual Credit Report website that show the duplicate XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. It is clearly still showing as duplicate with one open date of XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX with an open date of XX/XX/XXXX. Both show an update date as XX/XX/XXXX on the report.
