On XX/XX/year>2024 my card started being declined, I called the issuer and was told that it was suspicious that I was trying to use my card and the system didn't give an option to fix it. On XX/XX/year>2024 after two uses the card again says that it is declined, I called the issuer again and was told that they can't do anything about it so I should use another form of payment. As they have my money in my account there is no reason I am being deprived of my own access to my funds. As this is causing significant hardship and even denying my access to my required medication I have no recourse than to file this complaint.
