I refinanced my home with a new lender on XX/XX/XXXX. There was a large balance left in my escrow account and a refund was due to me. I have called several times to inquire about my where my refund check is and they have told me conflicting information. One agent said it was mailed to my address on the XXXX. The next agent said the XXXX and a third agent said the XXXX. I asked for proof of mailing and tracking information and they declined. I have yet to receive the check in the mail. I have received many different pieces of mailed dated way after the date they supposedly sent the refund. They will not re issue a check as they said it was already mailed to me. I am at 46 days since I refinanced and have not received it in the mail. I would like them to send me what is rightfully mine and provide tracking and proof of mailing.
