On XX/XX/year> XXXX XXXX, acting on behalf of Exeter Finance attempted to repossess my vehicle. I was notified of this and immediately came outside and objected to the repossession. I got into the driver seat of my vehicle demanding the tow truck operator release my vehicle and he refused. We sat in the parking lot of my daughter 's father 's house for the next 10+ hours while the tow truck operator called me obscene names and told passer-byers that I was a XXXX XXXX debtor. The tow truck operator accessed my trunk and unhooked my battery so I had no heat for the entire 10 hour ordeal. He threw the property from my trunk onto the ground and XXXX my daughter 's father when he came to ask the name of the tower 's company and who he was acting on behalf of. He constantly was lifting my vehicle and dropping it so that I was XXXX around inside the car and only after speaking with an attorney who called XXXX XXXX 's main office was my vehicle released. During the ordeal I was unable to relieve myself properly without being able to leave my vehicle and had no choice but to relieve myself in my car. I was living out of my car at the time and this ordeal was extremely traumatic. I have a good part of the incident recorded as I was on my laptop that my family brought me doing research on how to get this man to let me go. The police were called upward 7 times but refused to intervene even after he assaulted my daughter 's father. XXXX XXXX should have to be held accountable for their actions and Exeter Finance was made aware of the incident - I was told that I would receive some sort of communication in return for my formal complaint and never did.
