On XX/XX/XXXX, I logged into my account and discovered it was overdrawn with PENFED. I called to inquire why XXXXXXXX XXXX was withdrawing funds from my and requested to cancel the transaction, recredit my account, and close my current account to open a new one. The representative transferred me to the fraud department for credit cards. After going through the entire process with her, she informed me that she couldnt assist me and didnt know why I was sent there. I then contacted XXXX 's directly, and they confirmed that my account with them is fully paid and closed ; they have no explanation for the unauthorized deduction. I have an issue with my account. This matter needs to be addressed immediately. I have not received any assistance from the bank regarding this issue, and my account currently has a negative balance of {$30.00}.
