On XX/XX/year>, I did authorize SoFi bank transaction Pay a Friend in the amount of {$150.00}. Money were moved out of my Checking account, as Transfer. Recepient has never received the money. SoFi bank has provided me with the Trace number and advised to work with the receiver 's bank. However, the transfer recipient 's bank was not able to see and to trace the money as they never reached them. My multiple requests for SoFi to present back office accounting transaction record were rejected by SoFi. My request to refund {$150.00} also was dismissed. There are records of multiple opened complaints/tickets as well as chat logs and phone conversations recordings available.
