I been using the same account to make payments on time since I open Big lots account couple years ago. Since they went out of business they have been having issues processing the payments on my same account and adding fees to the account not letting close out. This company is represented by XXXX XXXX which I have another account where I use the same account to make payments. I spoke with Supervisor from the credit card XXXX and said there is something wrong with the website to make payments. I need help to resolve this issue because I been having issues with this company to make on time payments. They have a faulty system to process the payments.
