My debit card was charged for items that I wasn't aware of. My overdraft protection is on and I was charged regardless. XXXX Bank has done this numerous times. When I tell citizens Bank I'm not paying them because I didn't allow this transactions. They still take out my money out of my bank account debit card and this is almost {$1000.00}. They told me over after protection was to protect against overdraft fees which isn't the case. I told them to take it off and they kept it on.
