I dont know exact dates. I know that I was charged for credit protection coverage that I didnt want and didnt sign up for and I was also charged fees from XXXX XXXX that I should not have been charged between the years of XXXX. When I would call and ask for the charges to be explained I got a bunch of double talk and excuses and I was told they would fix it and or credit my account which they never did.
