Starting in XX/XX/year>, I contacted XXXX regarding inaccurate information on my credit report in order to dispute the XXXX XXXX account that is on my credit. I have sent XXXX XXXX letters proving that the information is inaccurate and different than what Equifax and XXXX are reporting. All they have done is respond with letters stating that they don't believe I am the person submitting the information. I am now requesting the account to be permanently removed from my credit report as the dates, the date of last payment, balances and account number are all inaccurate and they do not match what XXXX has sent me or what the other credit bureaus are reporting.
