I disputed a wrong full report with TransUnion and based on their investigation they said it was reported accurately. which is completely false and unacceptable. I do not agree with transunions investigation as i clearly see there was no facts or proof gathered to claim it. I will provide you the proof i have it on my end supporting my claim that this needs to be removed effective immediately. I have also notified about transunions negligence in gathering facts to report information accurately. This copy is also being sent to State Attorney 's office as well. The account payment was made at the branch location the acting manager acknowledged the clerical mistake as you can see in the attached transcript of the voicemail she left. The acting manager admitted that they made a clerical error expected me to come back again on the same day while i was working losing my pay from my job for things they messed up. Secondly, she had me fill out a dispute letter at the location to speed up the dispute process. This false investigation result is directly affecting my family and children 's wellbeing as this will affect our mortgage refinancing rates and increase in bills to pay while the economy is in shambles. Secondly, I am attaching the receipts from the bank when the payment was made.
