Navy Federal Credit Union approved me for a XXXX XXXX and or XXXX and during the process they switched loan officers, and used dilatory tactics, had to submit new application, then stated the cash out amount would change, and later denied the my application after more than XXXX plus days of waiting to close on the loan and continued to get the run around and eventually denied the loan for an illegitimate obscure reason. My credit and finances met the criteria for approval. After going back and forth with XXXX XXXX for several weeks about this discrimination, abuse, and deceptive business practices there were news reporting about NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION discriminating against people of XXXX such as myself ( XXXX XXXX ) ( XXXX )
