Loan XXXX - Request for PIM to be removed Hello, I have repeatedly requested my XXXX be manually removed under the Homeowners protection Act of XXXX and under Hud Guidelines. My XXXX is well under 78 % and can be annually removed. I have attached my home appraisal showing my house value {$510000.00} with value continuing to increase, of my current home loan is {$280.00}, XXXX. I refinance my loan in XX/XX/XXXX to my current provider. I have met all Federal and Hud requirements that continue to be quoted as the reason for not removing the XXXX. According to Hud, You can also request to remove private mortgage insurance ( PMI ) from your loan when the principal balance of your mortgage is scheduled to fall to 80 % of the original value of your home. To request cancellation, you must : Make a written request to your servicer Have a good payment history and be current on your payments Certify that there are no junior liens ( such as a second mortgage ) on your home Meet your servicer 's conditions, which may include providing a proof of value appraisal Thank you for your time.
