My XXXX account was compromised on Sunday, XX/XX/XXXX. The account had all levels of authentication removed except my email and phone number, yet they added an additional level of third party authentication that I can not bypass. They then used the XXXX account I had linked to this account to " XXXX Verified '' and open a XXXX Business account, where they then charged an undefined amount for advertisements posted under my name, using my identity. In order to reach out to customer support, I had to pay for XXXX XXXX on their sister platform, XXXX, where I provided all necessary information. I was told that someone would be in contact with me between 12-24 hours and I haven't received any additional information and can no longer communicate with the individual I spoke with originally, if they were even a human and not AI. I would like to regain access to my account to confirm that I have not been charged on numerous accounts that have been used for payment on their platform, but in order to do so, I need cooperation. The uncertainty has caused unfathomable stress and anxiety for myself as well as my family, as we're unaware of the true impact of this identity theft.
