I signed up with Freedom Financial company for my outstanding debt negotiation. I signed up last year in XXXX however they collect my payment for about XXXX payments when I realized they are not negotiating with my creditors instead charging me {$10.00} per month for an account service where my agreed payment was being deposited. At the end of XXXX month I receive a court summon from XXXX of my creditor then they provide me a lawyer who said he negotiated to pay the whole balance. Before I signed up the creditor company offered me better deal then the freedom financial. Freedom financial originally promised to save me at least 30 % of my balance and later after court summon asking me to agree to pay 100 % payment. I felt this is a game they are playing with me to make more money then they originally promised said they would make from the creditor. I cancelled their service but I am not getting any more information where I stand with my court summon. I am extremely under stress and can not sleep worrying about my court summon.
