XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX account was hacked and fraudulent charges totaling {$1700.00} were initiated on XXXX XXXX XXXX They were both on an Affirm virtual card for XXXX through XXXX XXXX. I have a legitimate Affirm account for my XXXX bed that I purchased in XXXX XXXXXX/XX/year> and have paid for the last 6 months. I never applied for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account totaling {$1700.00}. They went through my XXXX XXXX XXXX checking account and stole from me. I called XXXX fraud services and was denied even though the purchases were initiated through XXXX. I have NEVER used XXXX money transfer in my life and never had an account with them. I submitted multiple claim to Affirm INC and they denied my legitimate claims without giving me any reasons why online or by mail. They are a crooked company and need to be called out for their flippant behavior towards customers with legitimate claims of fraud. I have an excellent credit history with no missed or late payments my entire life. These fraudulent Affirm accounts are 2 months past due now as I will NEVER pay for someone hacking and scamming me like that. If I have to file a police report with my local police department meant to get my money back then so be it. Please help me with this mess. Looking at XXXX online this has happened to numerous people with Affirm telling them there was nothing they could do about it which is obviously XXXX.
