I am having a lot of difficulty removing my escrow account with Fay Servicing. They took over my loan in XX/XX/year>. My previous payment before them taking over was {$600.00}. I pay my insurance and taxes each year out of pocket. I have more than 25 % of the loan paid in and it is not required for me to have an escrow account. The continue to tell me that it is required. My XX/XX/year> payment has jumped to XXXX and they tell me that it is because of my escrow account. Even if that were the case, my escrow would be about XXXX a year, they are collecting XXXX now a year which is outrageous. All my taxes and insurance have been paid in full and current so there is no need to take an additional XXXX from me month. I have tried to speak with a manager or supervisor and they continue to tell me they do not have one and so there is no way for me to get this resolved. I just want my escrow removed. THis is too much extra for me and not right. IF you look up their reviews many are saying the same thing. out of XXXX XXXX reviews, they sit at a XXXX. We need help!
