I was not notified that the annual fee for the credit card was coming up. I was also not able to login into my credit card account. So I was unable to make a payment or even see that the annual fee was coming. I then called to close the account in XX/XX/year>. Again I was not notified by anyone that the annual fee came. On XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I get a letter stating that I missed a payment. The annual fee is {$29.00} and the late fee is {$29.00} and interest charged was {$00.00} or XXXX cents charged in interest. They would not fix the issue even though I was not able to login and I was not told about the fees on the account. I've had the card for XXXX years and not once paid late. But now they are trying to strong arm me into giving them money. This is not fair.
