We got a mortgage with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX in the summer of XXXX. They reported us as having missed the XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payments even though we did not, and they had assured us they wouldn't report us as late until they resolved thier internal investigation. We had provided them with proof of payment as well as bank statements showing payments were made. XXXX months later XXXX told us they sent letters to all three credit agencies to repair the mistake. XXXX corrected it, but XXXX and Experian will not. I have filed multiple disputes with both, including providing all documentation and they will not correct the error. I have tried to talk with someone at both agencies but get the run around. We are at a year now that this issue has been unresolved and are at our wits end knowing we were wronged but can not get anyone to fix our credit! This is criplling our borrowing power or ability to refinance our house and needs to be resolved.
