XXXX XX/XX/year>, I filed disputes with all three consumer reporting agencies pertaining to alleged debts under account numbers : # XXXX # XXXX. When I received my reports they had said accounts pertaining to Radius Global Solutions and XXXX XXXX XXXX claiming them to be verified. So today, XX/XX/year>, I called Radius Global Solutions and XXXX XXXX XXXX to get a copy of the Purchase Agreements they had with creditors pertaining to those alleged debts. Both agencies emphatically informed me today that they dont have any purchase agreements pertaining to any Debs XXXX any creditors. So I called XXXX and XXXX but XXXX wanted to text so I explain everything in the text. Radius Global also informed me that the account # XXXX was in fraudulent status, so I informed XXXX about that ( after Ive already disputed this months ago ), and about them not having any XXXX XXXX with any creditor about said alleged debt, emphatically stated to me that they can not delete that fraudulent inaccurate information. So now Im writing this complaint. Under 15 USC 1692g, I requested for these collection agencies to validate the debts by giving me a copy of the Purchase Agreements between them and the particular creditors, and both agencies informed me today that they dont have any purchase agreements pertaining to any debt with creditor 's!!! So they have never sent me anything! Since they couldnt validate the debts, I contacted XXXX and XXXX about said collection agencies not validating the debts and informed them that those accounts need to be deleted. I was told that they cant be deleted.
