There is so much information to all of this that I'd be happy to share. I didn't get notification of this until approximately XXXX up until ongoing XXXX. Amount they are expecting me to pay is {$6100.00}. I wrote to credit report agencies XXXX, XXXX and XXXX to correct the problem. XXXX had mee all cleared of charges. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX is when I sent letters to Midland. Midland said that they served me papers on around XXXX as per lawsuit. I didn't receive the papers. Midland served me papers on XXXX, noticed on one of Midland 's Exhibit B that they have a purchase on there of {$530.00} on XXXX that there is no documentation of this. Process is now in court for judgement court date XXXX. I will upload all documents concerning the statements above.
