To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally dispute the inaccurate reporting of a XXXX XXXX account that is displayed on my Transunion Credit Report. Account Name : XXXX XXXX Upon reviewing my credit report, I identified multiple inaccuracies in how this account is being reported. This account is paid, current and NO balance is owed. It is incorrectly reporting as a Collections Account Paid in Full, The comments remarks reference SETTLE LESS THEN FULL BALANCE ; PAID COLLECTION. Additionally the account status is being reported as derogatory, which is false and defamatory. This misrepresentation must be corrected immediately. I have included a copy of my identify.
