XXXX XXXX will not delete this old account information and it keeps re-aging. This account has been paid off in full and settled. I have visited the local branch which directed me to the number phone numbers on the reports. Either number is accurate and I have been unable to delete these accounts on my own. XXXX XXXX representative stated after speaking to the underwriter team that they have NO control over this being reposted. Who is responsible and which direction do I take? I'm giving this last opportunity to cure this account issue before I proceed to take legal action.
