I received a letter from London & London stating I had a credit card from XXXX XXXX, and owe {$5200.00}. I never consented to sharing my personal information with a XXXX party collection agency and or law office, and take this form. of communication as a threat to sue. The letter I received from London & London instructed me to call or write London & London by XX/XX/year> to file a dispute or request information, and can do both electronically. They provided XXXX emails on the letter- one for disputes, and XXXX for requests. I sent London & London a debt verification letter to both emails provided to dispute and request information as instructed on Friday, XX/XX/year>. London & London sent me a response stating " they are not in a position to respond to email requests at this time, and to not send time sensitive or correspondence to the email they provided on the letter and to call them. I do not feel comfortable conversing with this collection agency/law office. Overall, I believe XXXX XXXX is utilizing aggressive/ predatory behavior by sharing my personal information with agencies that are exhibiting reckless behavior with extremely personal information.
