XX/XX/XXXX I paid my Target credit card in full approximately XXXX. The card was not used, then I received a bill for charge that was not mine I had called target several times which was a fricken mess!!! Nothing but automated not being able to speak to a human, not giving up I finally got to speak to a representative and I felt that they were trying to help me, this went on for months ( again speaking to 3or 4 more representatives and having to explain my situation again and again ) as target was adding late fees. Target sent me a form to fill out and I send it back which I had and I never received any response!!! Now I got sent to collections???? Really??? This charge was not mine and Im not paying it!! Thank You Target is horrible
