Venmo locked my account with almost {$300.00} in it almost 2 months ago with no explanation. I have submitted all of the requested documents, but have gotten no response or any type of indication that they are making any effort to resolve this issue. They have told me to wait XXXX days multiple times, and seem to just be ignoring my requests. I want my money off their platform, and my account closed completely. I've request this more than once, and they refused to answer. I'm willing to sue them if needed, but would rather resolve this more easily. If a lawsuit is required, a class action would be more than possible as this is all too common. If you could help me make them release my funds, it would be greatly appreciated!
