My capital account ended up closing a few months ago and I called about my funds being released and they said that they would be sent out. Weeks gone by and no close out check ever arrived. I ended up calling a month after and they told me that they escalated the case and the team would work on it.. more weeks and month go by and they tell me that the funds are still to be held and they will let me know when they release the funds. I asked when would they be released and they never gave me a timeframe? The clothes check was supposed to be a little over {$1000.00} and I still have yet to receive it
