My wife applied for a debt consolidation loan and the company that showed valid in all checks and form were solidified as true. the Credit UNION IDENTIFIED THE TRANSACTION AS FRAUD, but now we are held responsible for the funds taken by the fraudulent company. We didn't have any idea that this was a scam and do not believe we should be held reponsible. The company name was XXXX.
