Consumer Narrative
This company charged my account illegally for fees once my account was closed. Not only did they illegally charge me for fees, they also closed my account for XXXX, yes XXXX transaction that was not FRAUD on my end. A consumer lied and did a chargeback regarding a product they actually received and I have proof of that. I submitted my appeal and they allowed the consumer and company to take my money. I have proof this consumer lied and indeed received his actual product.
