Recently upon checking my credit report I noticed that I have been a victim of identity theft and found numerous credit inquiries that I had no knowledge of. I received notification that my information was involved in a XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They stated that my personal information was accessed and downloaded from the banks XXXX and a XXXX during periods in XXXX XXXX XX/XX/scrub>XXXX XXXX According to Fair Credit reporting Act, Section 605B... It is illegal to report information on my credit report without my permission. Also Law 15 US Code 6802 states that no financial institutioin can share my non public information with a 3rd party entity. Please Remove this item from my credit report. I have once again enclosed the letter i received from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and also a FTC report.
