I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX, rated at XXXX %, XXXX and XXXX. My VA paperwork was filed with my home XXXX and my mortgage carrier, Freedom Mortgage over a year ago, and gratefully, the paperwork was processed correctly. This year, Freedom Mortgage says my esgrow for taxes and homeowners insurance is going up, so my payment Is going up, unless I pay the escrow shortage in full. I paid the escrow shortage in full by check on XXXX, check # XXXX for {$930.00}. The check was processed, and my mortgage account was updated. So ... .Freedom Mortgage STILL raised my mortgage on me. I called them, and a lady from Freedom e-mailed me back saying my mortgage increased bec taxes and homeowners insurance went up. Not only is this shady, I paid the escrow shortage in a very timely matter to avoid any increase in my mortgage going up. Plus, I DO NOT PAY PROPERTY TAXES ANYMORE. I am in great standing with my VA mortgage, never missed a payment. This style of business, is quite frankly, XXXX!
