My wallet and phone were stolen at the beginning of XXXX. PennyMac claims they offer mortgage relief. I called the number and spoke with multiple people to get relief through XX/XX/year>. I paid everything by then yet they are saying my account is delinquent and I never got relief until XX/XX/year>. When I asked for the phone records they didnt give them to me. They lied to me. I wouldve asked friends or family to loan me money until I got my money back but was confident I had until XX/XX/year> with no penalty
